It includes studies and planning of Luanda’s airport complex. The goal is to turn it into an international hub of cargo and passenger flow. For this delivery, studies for the airport complex development were carried out to meet domestic and international demands and to implement real estate businesses so that it would be feasible to invest in the complex. Also, a field research was made for the new airport deployment.

It consists of planning the airport to make the most of the available space depending on the growth predictions of cargo and passenger flow. Also, commercial potential surveys were conducted for the venture’s sustainability.

The architectural design of the Conventions Center is extremely simple, in order to meet its respective needs. The rooms have functional concepts characterized by flexibility and versatility, in order to accommodate events of different nature and sizes, even simultaneously.
This project includes: deposit, ground floor and four more levels that feature ballrooms, amphitheater stage and audience, main entrance hall, secondary amphitheater, conference and meeting rooms, administration room, press room, simultaneous translation room and areas for catering services, exhibitions and similar events.

It includes the renovation and expansion of the passenger terminal. Delivery forecasts include: complete architecture project, electrical, electronic, air conditioning and hydraulic and sanitary installations, as well as boarding bridges. New implementations also include: new systems for access control, surveillance, information and communication, as well as the venture’s sustainability studies.
